Your Bid Should Look Like This

Your email bid should look like this. Every time.

Quilt number, bid amount, and Bid Name go on the subject line. Your full name, address to which your credit card statement is mailed, and your phone number go in the body of the email. If any of this information is missing, your bid will not be accepted.

Your "Bid Name" identifies you online so you don't have to use your real name. PLEASE make it easy for Ami to type. Keep it to 8 digits or less and without spaces or funky characters. If you do not pick a Bid Name, Ami will use the first part of your email address. Save her from this extra step and if you can't think of UNIQUE bid name, type in the first part of your email address for her.

Every bid is real. You can't change your mind. We understand that typos happen from time to time (tell us right away) but your failure to read the quilt description until after you place your bid is not a valid reason to ask that your bid be removed.
