Ami has done a wonderful job of increasing awareness of Alzheimer's Disease. She and her band of volunteers now allow the rest of us to participate in raising funds to help support research into finding a cure and/or means of prevention of this horrid disease. One little quilt alone wouldn't be much help but thousands of them together can raise a significant amount of money.
