The String-A-Long Quilters Guild (Chesterton, IN)

The String-A-Long Quilt Guild has approximately 100 members from Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties in Northern Indiana. We meet at 7:00pm on the first Wednesday of each month at the Library Service Center, 100 Indiana St., Chesterton, Indiana.

The Alzheimer’s Art Quilt Initiative was adopted by the guild as a community service project beginning in 2007. Members continue to donate their works of art in the hope that the sale of their quilts will bring a cure for this destructive disease.
