Statement: My mother-in-law had Alzheimer's and it was very difficult for our family to watch her leave us. We felt so helpless. We miss her as a mother, grandmother and best friend.
The more I talk to friends and acquaintances the more people I find in the same situation. Making these small quilts is one way I can help honor our parents, aunts, uncles, caretakers and hopefully, find a cure for this dreadful disease.
I pledge to raise $1000 for Alzheimer Research.
