Quilt Therapy (Berkeley, CA)

Quilt Therapy is a mini-group of the East Bay Heritage Quilters which is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We meet monthly to show our current work, get advice on colors, borders, quilting, family, food, travel--you name it. We often suggest challenges to the group and have made a mystery quilt that we donated to charity, quilts using a specific technique, or art quilts inspired by a theme word.

Our latest challenge was to support Alzheimer's research by making quilts for the Priority: Alzheimer's Project.
