QuiltArt Stay At Home Challenge 2008
This was a yearly challenge accepted by members of the Quiltart mailing list who needed a diversion from all the talk of going to Houston, since we were not going.

Lois Jarvis of Rust-Tex donated a piece of her signature rust dyed line of fabric about 10.5"-11" square to each participant who sent in their name and snail mail address. PLUS, she donated $5 for each of 22 registered quilts that used her fabric. Then, when the challenge was met, each participant who provided at least one proof of registration was given a choice of a hand dyed cotton fat quarter or a hand dyed piece of silk velvet from Beth Hartford of Quilters Stitch Together.
