Quilt Auction

• Use the "BID NOW" buttons. Bidding is by email. Current bids will appear on this page by each quilt. (If no amount is visible, the quilt has not yet received a bid.) This is NOT an automated system. Bids will be manually updated on the web page at least once every day. You will be emailed when your bid is read and that's it. (Check your spam folder.) Check the web page often to see if you have been outbid. (Use F5 key to refresh your browser.)
• Your email bid should look like this. For your bid to be valid it must contain your full name, complete mailing address (the one your credit card statement is sent to), and daytime phone number. This must be included for every bid. Refer to the quilt BY NUMBER.
• The quilt will be awarded to the highest bidder from all valid email bids received before the cut-off time. We are not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or bounced emails.
• Bids are in US dollars, full dollar amounts only. Blessed are the bidders who bid in $5, $10, and $20 increments.
• All sales are final. Payment is due by the 15th, by Visa or Mastercard. Winning bidders will be notified by email after the bids are validated and after the web page has been updated so winners can purchase their quilt(s). If you can't pay for your bid by the 15th please don't bid. Late-payers will be banned from all further auctions.
• Winning quilts will be shipped priority mail. Winning bidders will be charged shipping, insurance, and 6% sales tax on the fair market value of the quilt (Michigan residents only). Ignore the automatically generated invoice. Debbie will send a revised invoice when quilt(s) are shipped. Yes, she can save shipping costs by putting multiple quilts in the same package.
• All profit will be used to fund Alzheimer's research. Your generous bid is appreciated by the artists who made these beautiful quilts and by everyone struggling to end this vile disease.
• Dowels or other devices needed to display your quilt are not included.
