Width: 10"   Length: 10"

Materials/Techniques: Rust-dyed cotton muslin (fabric by Lois Jarvis), cotton batik, perle cotton embroidery thread, copper paper; water-soluble pastels; fused, painted, couched, collage.

Artist's Statement: The design for this work emanates from the microscopic view of DNA. The acronym can also stand for 'Diabolical Nature of Alzheimer's.' The irony is that something so evil can also be a thing of beauty. We MUST find a way to stop this scourge!
