Artist's Statement: The Star Spangled Banner block contains over 600
pieces! It is one of the most complicated Feathered Stars to make and
it takes about 18 hours for me to piece one block (that's before
borders and quilting) using rotary cutting and machine techniques.

2003 and his wife, my Aunt Connie, who took loving care of him.
This quilt is displayed with a
split sleeve.
