Dragonflies are a symbol of re-birth. They are always a happy site in the garden and indicators of a healthy environment. This quilt is the 2nd in a series using dragonflies as a design element. Made originally for the Prairie Heritage Quilt Show Challenge (Wisconsin), 2005 at the invitation of Klaudeen Hansen. It won a 3rd place in Applique and went on to the AQS Show in Nashville, TN 2005.
