LT03 - Daisy Chain

Materials/Techniques: 100% Cotton fabric, organza, rayon, cotton and monopoly thread, Wonder-Under; Chain-design quilting.
Artist's Statement: More and more, I find myself devising means by which to remember things I want to accomplish. My "to do" lists are everywhere! Finally, I bought a small spiral note book which will fit in my purse. Now I have the lists and I'll have them with me. The technique I used for quilting this small piece reminds me of my notebook: the chained quilting pattern connects each daisy to the next; the same is true of the rows of leaves.

This quilt is displayed with a traditional sleeve.
This quilt earned $150 for Alzheimer's research.
