Statement: I have been a fan of Ami for a long time. I admire her sense of humor and her creativity. I learned about her Alzheimer’s Art Quilt Initiative early in the project. I think it is a wonderful idea, and all the quilters and shoppers involved have done an amazing job at raising so much to find a cure for this horrible disease. I became re-inspired about this project recently when Ami came to Wyoming for our annual convention and presented her and her mother’s story. It is a sad story as they all are, but what an amazing thing has come out of it! I'M IN!
