Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, machine pieced, wool batting and machine quilted by Loretta Orsborn.

Artist Statement: I make a lot of Feathered Stars, but the blocks are usually pretty large. To make the whole quilt just 16" square, this traditional star had to be scaled down. The smallest feather triangles finish at just 1/2". The block finishes at 7-1/2". Piecing at this scale is fun, but challenging.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $360 for the AAQI.
