Page #11: Outreach
The Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative's mission is to raise awareness and fund Alzheimer's research. We believe that making the public aware of the type of research currently underway, especially that research in which we play a part (even though it is an infinitesimally small part) raises awareness. Making a personal connection with researchers and institutions conducting research we support is important for our supporters. How will you help us communicate your research efforts with our supporters should you be awarded a grant? (Example: photographs of research staff and facility, reciprocal web page links, guest blogging, press releases and updates, etc.)
