Statement: This is a great way to help find a cure for Alzheimer's even though it may not come in our lifetime it gives me hope. I hope it does the same for others who are facing going though this with their loved ones. My Grandmother made quilts to keep her family warm and I remember my mother and aunts talking about their dress fabric in them, they brought back fond memories of when they were young. My grandmother was the first member of our family to have Alzheimer's that I remember, then my Aunt Hester began early onset Alzheimer's when she was 49. My mother was diagnosed in 2006 at 82 about the same time my daughter found Ami's web site which has been a bright spot in our lives.
