Materials/Techniques: Four cotton fabrics made up into several different blocks and quilted in the ditch with clear thread.

Artist Statement: This started from a Chain Star block, slightly modified and then extended a little. The small stars and repeats of the central patch somehow made it look to me like a design made from an assortment of badges that might be won for some sort of endeavor. I hope others can see the connection.
