Materials/Techniques: Cottons. The whale tail is four layers of cottons. I stitched them all together then cut out pieces to expose the layers beneath. The tail was then stitched to Jenny Graziano's hand dyed fabric and quilted.

Artist Statement: Another whale tail, I think the shape is so beautiful. When I sit down to draw or doodle the whale tail is usually where I begin. Therapeutic I guess.
