Materials/Techniques: This little quilt is all cotton and it was machine pieced and machine quilted. Who doesn't love chickens? I just love the chicken fabric, which I purchased some time ago. I just keep finding new fabrics to go with it, so I keep making things from it!

Artist Statement: I am inspired to make little quilts by the stories of the caregivers. As Alzheimer's takes away a patient's personality, it is the family and friends who suffer most. Only research can change this.
