Materials/Techniques: I designed the stencil and used Shiva Paintstiks and micro stippling.

Artist Statement: I love Hawaiian appliqué but I do not like to do the technique of needle turn appliqué to create it. Instead, I use freezer wrap stencils and Shiva Paintstiks to achieve the look.
