Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, pieced and quilted.

Artist Statement: Cottons were layered 5 deep. Circles sewn round and round, layers cut out to expose the fabrics, and then squares are quartered and re-arranged. Yes this is like putting fabric in a blender! The safety pin fabric in the background holds it all together! I keep a small quilt like this in my office; it's a soothing place to go for a few minutes each day to just chill out.
