Materials/Techniques: This quilt is made of cotton with the addition of a glass bead for the ball. The little girl also has a row of beads around the bodice of her dress.

Artist Statement: This quilt shows how time sometimes stands still. Every generation has watched children throwing the ball for the dog to catch.
