Materials/Techniques: The materials used were all cotton fabrics, the bird fabric was cut into eight angled edges. The strips were applied to each edge in a clockwise direction and free motion quilting was added to the center. After squaring off the finished center, a folded strip and border were added.

Artist Statement: Playing is not just for kids. Choosing to "wing it" and create a small quilt is both fun and freeing.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $50 for the AAQI.
