Materials/Techniques: I digitized this cute bird threesome a few years ago, and thought of it immediately for this challenge. The design is machine embroidered onto black cotton fabric that I embellished using Paintstiks. The free motion quilting is barely visible due to the fineness of the clear thread that I used.

Artist Statement: This is my first submission for the Quilt-A-Month Club Challenge which included the theme challenge of birds. I love the bright colors of this mini quilt and smile each time I see it.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $50.81 for the AAQI.
