Materials/Techniques: Free hand vase and heart flowers, machine appliquéd.

Artist Statement: I struggled to find the "right" flowers for my vase until I attended my uncle's memorial service and then I knew what was needed.

Dedication: For my uncle, Ray Harms, who passed away Feb. 5, 2012 from Alzheimer's.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $50 for the AAQI.
