Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, machine pieced and quilted, main braids sewn into seams, heart appliquéd.

Artist Statement: I had some scraps lying around and made them into little braids. Came up with the idea of weaving them into a frame and needed something in the center. I had one braid left over and formed it into the heart then added a little dragon fly for fun.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $55 for the AAQI.
