Materials/Techniques: Cross-stitch design by Prairie Moon on 36 count linen, trimmed and backed with quilting cottons and stitch-in-the-ditch quilting.

Artist Statement: This highly stylized version of the Queen of Hearts makes me think of the Alice in Wonderland queen and her legendary quote, "Sometimes I believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast". It's good to dream of turning the impossible into reality.

Dedication: To all the Alzheimer's researchers who work on making the impossible become reality.
