Materials/Techniques: Quilters cotton and solid shot cotton fabrics, machine pieced and quilted. Free motion quilting designs include barbed wire, raindrops, cactus type circles and organic lines.

Artist Statement: This cowboy and cowgirl pair are so cute that I wanted to make them the focus of the quilt. I added solid shot cottons in a liberated log cabin fashion and quilted each section differently. The fabric selvage is incorporated into the pattern.
