Materials/Techniques: Machine pieced, cotton batiks and a cotton print, glitter paint, heavily machine quilted, signed, piped, traditional binding.

Artist Statement: A fabric gift bag held the gift from a friend at Christmas time. I told her the beautiful fabric would reappear in an Alzheimer's quilt. This is the result. The fabric is the larger piece on the left.

Dedication: In honor of my fellow members of the Designing Women who give me much inspiration, many challenges and a great sisterhood to belong to.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $55 for the AAQI.
