Materials/Techniques: Fabrics are bright red, often used in Chinese art, with a bright turquoise border. In the center portion, the symbol is has been stuffed with two layers of batting to provide a somewhat three-dimensional feeling. The Love symbol was fused onto the fabric and I added the word Love . . . with hand embroidery.

Artist Statement: The Chinese character for love is the center piece of this quilt. My love of Asian culture prompted me to make this quilt with that symbol.

This quilt has a Hanging Ring.
