8951 - Floating Hearts

Materials/Techniques: The hearts were made using "Texture Magic", by Superior Threads; all other fabrics and batting are 100% cotton. Quilting was done using "Rainbows" thread by Superior Threads. The binding was made using the double-fold method for added durability.

Artist Statement: I made this quilt for my December donation to the "Quilt-a-Month Club.”

Dedication: This quilt was made in memory of my Aunt Cathy. She absolutely loved to decorate for every holiday with handmade crafts that she designed. She died when she was only 50 of Lymphoma.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $46.19 for the AAQI.
