Artist Statement: I am a musician and lead music sessions once a week at a facility for clients with Alzheimer’s. "You are my sunshine" is one of many songs that everybody sings. Singing improves their digestion.

Dedication: This is dedicated to my grandfather, Edward Burns. He was a percussionist in a big band and taught me many songs that I use today. He had dementia in his later years.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $75 for the AAQI.
