Materials/Techniques: Made totally with batiks, including the binding and quilted with clear thread.

Artist Statement: I have been wanting to showcase some of the batiks I have on hand. The block is repeated in different colors, mainly blues, greens yellows and purples. The dark and lighter centers show up much better at a distance, so it appears that they shine.
