Materials/Techniques: Cotton and silk fabrics, hand dyed lace, beads, buttons, charms, trims, silk & cotton embroidery threads.

Artist Statement: In traditional crazy quilts of the Victorian era, a lot of the embroidery had symbolism. Spiders and spider webs symbolized a wish for good luck. Two spiders and webs are included in this quilt for luck.
