Artist Statement: I was very impressed with Deborah Boschert’s abstract interpretation of life. I used to do watercolor and oil painting but always of realistic objects. I felt very free when Deborah suggested I cut my round globes freehand rather than tracing them. Maybe it is my way to keep my brain active to try something outside my comfort level.
