Materials/Techniques: Cotton, cotton lame, fusible, appliqué.

Artist Statement: I cut the "lead" from a single piece of black fabric and then appliquéd it over the background by machine. I made it for the auction because I like that there are no administrative costs or cocktail parties paid from the proceeds.

Dedication: In honor of my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's and in memory of my father who cared for her as long as was safe. I miss them both.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
