Artist Statement: There is no way to be in control when someone you love has Alzheimer's, but on days when things all come tumbling down I can make a Priority: Alzheimer's quilt and feel like I am doing something that will help. I really owe the AAQI and Ami Simms debt of gratitude for giving me that feeling of power against a pretty hopeless situation!
