Materials/Techniques: Machine embroidered using rayon and metallic thread. I also used printed fabric with Psalms. The Bible is a Dakota design. They grant permission to use their designs as gifts.

Artist Statement: The September challenge theme was..."favorite book." I chose the Bible as my favorite because I can always be assured of comfort when I open my Bible. Anyone dealing with Alzheimer's needs peace and comfort. When you open your Bible, you will find that peace, comfort and God's truth.

Dedication: As always, this quilt is dedicated to my Mom and friends who have had to deal with Alzheimer's.
