Materials/Techniques: I used cotton fabrics that were embellished with free motion embroidery, Angelina fibers, Swarovski crystals and some bobbin work.

Artist Statement: For some time I had been wanting to make a quilt with fish on it. I taught kindergarten when I was younger and it was a tradition to read Dr. Seuss books, including my favorite, "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish." This quilt is my attempt to illustrate the book,

Dedication: This quilt is dedicated to Frank Martin. Mr. Martin was a prominent businessman in Lufkin, TX. He was well loved by friends and family and loved to fish in his spare time.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
