Materials/Techniques: All of the fabric except the solid red, blue and yellow, is from one piece of fabric with many different designs. Only some of them are used in this quilt. Quilted in the ditch with clear thread.

Artist Statement: The Washington State block has been a favorite of mine, however I have only made it once before used in a sampler quilt of which I don't even have a picture. This is an enlarged view of it, with minor additions and an expanded color scheme.
