Materials/Techniques: Loose weave fabric, cotton fabric, necklace beads, buttons, machine quilted, collaged, fusible web, machine applique, cotton thread and hand sewn binding.

Artist Statement: This is the quilt a granny can take home to a grandchild to enjoy. The majestic giraffe, fast zebra and the pokey turtle all have stories to tell. I put this donation quilt together because I rarely find things at quilt shows that are specifically for children. I hope that this quilt finds a home where there are children and good story tellers.
