Materials/Techniques: Silk, fabric paint, color wash, specialized rayon yarn, machine quilted, silk backing and cotton binding.

Artist Statement: I enjoy experimenting with different kinds of media and surface design and found that my painted fabric talked to me. Looking at it, I felt the joy of party so I carried out the idea of champagne bubbles into the quilting. The bubbles on their own needed something else to reflect the spirit of the party, so I added the streamers.
