Materials/Techniques: Printed seasonal fabric, machine appliqué and machine quilting, cotton and specialized lame fabrics.

Artist Statement: It is difficult to find home adornment and gifts for the Hanukkah celebration. Every year I struggle with making something meaningful to give my Jewish friends as gifts. For this year I will give a wall hanging that represents a gift. I think about Alzheimer's victims, knowing that this horrible affliction does not discriminate by race or creed. I hope this little quilt makes its way into a home where families and friends celebrate the lives of those who have been afflicted.
