Materials/Techniques: Scrap cotton fabrics, machine appliqué, piecing and tulle.

Artist Statement: I love experimenting on new techniques and this time the sample was just a ohhh experience. Wild and beautiful but still dimmed by the dark (tulle). How appropriate a description of my family members with Alzheimer's.

Dedication: To my mother who was the first to be forgotten by her father, my grandfather, when he suffered with his memory deficits.
