Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics and embroidery floss.

Artist Statement: My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary by taking a 2-week cruise from LA to Hawaii and back. Knowing I would have lots of down time, I took five priority quilts to work on while on our many sea days. Not only was I able to complete the quilts, as people walked by while I was working on them, it enabled me to talk about Alzheimer's Awareness and the AAQI priority quilts. It was quite the talk of the cruise.
