Materials/Techniques: Whole cloth, hand embellished.

Artist Statement: I lost my sister Judy to Alzheimer’s in 2009. She loved decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas. Each year she would choose a different theme for decorating her tree. She hand crocheted snowflakes for one of her first themed trees. She made lots! Enough for me to have a tree full for myself. This quilt contains 3 of her snowflake ornaments. She would be pleased to know they are being used to help fund Alzheimer’s research.
