Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, paper pieced cow which I traced onto a foundation.

Artist Statement: My father was a dairy farmer who wore a purple hat and sang silly songs. I thought the purple cow would be fun.

Dedication: In honor of my father, Norbert Botz, who milked cows, wore a purple hat, and sang silly songs.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $41.29 for the AAQI.
