Materials/Techniques: I used the silk ribbon work with beads from a window curtain, poly/cotton gingham and cotton fabrics.

Artist Statement: Years ago I originally bought some curtains that had been on sale to make pillowcases. I liked the silk ribbon design on the curtains and while trying to clean out a closet I decided it would make a nice priority quilt. Hope it gets us one stitch closer to finding a cure.
