Materials/Techniques: Batik and marbled fabrics pieced in two blocks, Blackford's Beauty and Triangle Squares, then quilted with clear thread.

Artist Statement: The stars formed in the center of the Beauty blocks attracted my attention to the colors selected, the colors of many berries. The squares in the corner of both blocks made paths through the groupings.
