Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics from a collection by Connecting Threads and quilted with clear thread.

Artist Statement: The mossy green of the fabrics and the lighter background with the same green was reminiscent of some varieties of lichen. Looking for image examples of it I found many with round patches, much as the fabric in the center. We decided it was Lichen on the Rocks.
