Materials/Techniques: I used 100% cotton for the top, batting, and backing of the quilt, raw edge appliqué, and quilted with monofilament thread. .

Artist Statement: I am embarking on making as many AAQI quilts as fast as I can. My husband has Alzheimer’s and this is my way to try to help him and those who have this horrible disease! Exotica is the second of many that I will make.
